By car

Parking is relatively easy on meters nearby, for which you will need a credit card or, increasingly, a mobile phone (text or call) to pay. The advantage of using your phone is that you do not need to return to your car to “top up” – up to the limit of 4 hours.  Instructions are posted alongside every bay.

By public transport

The Spine Surgery London is 10 minutes walk from Baker Street Station and only 5 minutes walk from Regents Street Station.  Alternatively, buses run along Oxford Street and Marylebone Road, from which you will have to walk (approximately 5-10 minutes) or take a short taxi ride.  Taxi journeys from railway stations to the north (e.g. Euston, Paddington) should take 10 minutes or so; from stations to the south (e.g. Waterloo, Victoria) they make take 20-30 minutes.

By taxi

If coming by Taxi, ask them to drop you “at the junction of Marylebone High Street and Devonshire Street, please“. When leaving we can call you a taxi or you can simply stand outside as they are always passing by.

The large department stores of Oxford Street are a few minutes walk away, as is the excellent shopping venue Marylebone High Street, where you will find a great variety of places to eat.
